This site displays confidential information and early intervention records from the Arizona Early Intervention Program and protected under the Family Education Rights Privacy Act (FERPA). The information is to be used only by the early intervention official it is intended for with a legitimate early intervention interest using appropriate unique login credentials. If you are not the person this information is intended for, or you have not been given permission to access this system, be aware that any viewing, use, disclosure, copying, sharing, downloading, printing, or distribution of the contents of this information is prohibited. Pursuant to Arizona Executive Order 2023-10, TikTok (The social networking service or any successor application or service developed or provided by Byte Dance Limited or any parent, subsidiary, or entity under common control with Byte Dance Limited), is not currently installed on the device I am using to access I-TEAMS and OnBase. Misuse of the site or attempts to use the site for any other purpose will result in termination of access to the site, without notice, and may subject the user to criminal prosecution.
